Hope justice is served and Murray serves prison time. 30 years after Elvis and we still haven’t learned anything? Stop these doctors from doling out drugs like candy just because the patients can pay for it.

The Involuntary manslaughter charge is not all that solid, but have a a fair chance of ending up in a conviction. A murder charge has not, and its rather doubtful Dr. Murray actually is a murder in the first place.

Just imagine the skyrocketing level of hysteria among Michal Jackson fans (which is high enough as it is) when a murder charge turn out to next to impossible to win for the prosecutor, Murray eventually found not guilty – and walks out shortly after as a legally innocent man.

The doctor can get ONLY 4 years for kiling MIchael Jackson.
I do not think that is fair.He should be getting 40 years in my opinion.

Involuntary manslaughter?? He’s getting away w/ murder!! Why would anyone take Murray’s word for anything??? Dr. Kavorkian sb pissed. he had his patients videotaped and sign witnessed statements that they wanted their doc to assist in ending their life.Did him no good in his criminal case. Kavorkian had ethics and was treated like a criminal. This guy is caught in lie after lie is treated like it’s no big deal. This sends out the wrong message to criminals like Murray.
