Its clear that, despite his negligence durring his treatment of MJ, he did not mean to kill Michael. Alot of factors, created by so many people killed MJ slowly but steadly over the years of his life. Dr. Murray just happened to inflict the last nail into the cofin. He is the scapegoat and i really feel sorry for him. Its just a very unfortunate case and a sad one for all involved....he should have been more responsible, thats all.
